Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Postage and handling
Items are delivered by Australia Post. Our shopping cart system automatically calculates your postage/handling cost.
Within Australia, the minimum postage/handling cost is $7.90 and the maximum cost is $20.00.
The exception are large furniture pieces. As explained in the large furniture descriptions, instead of completing the purchase online using the PayPal checkout, please contact us so we can determine the best freight option and complete the purchase by credit card over the phone.
Non internet ordering
You're welcome to phone or email us with your order and make the payment by credit card over the phone.
Gifts sent direct
We can send your gift direct to the person you request, saving you time and postage. This includes free gift wrap and a colorful gift swing tag both made from 100% post consumer recycled paper.
To send direct include the recipients name, postal address and your message to them in the box titled "add special instructions to merchant" on the final page of the PayPal checkout process.
You can also arrange to have your gift sent direct to the recipient when making the payment by credit card over the phone.
Back orders
If the item you order is out of stock we will contact you with an expected dispatch date to ask if you would like it back-ordered.
Orders from outside Australia
You are welcome to contact us by email or phone to place your order and find out the delivery cost.
